StatsBot Print E-mail
StatsBot is a official bot, created to get track of what people where saying on certain channels. Later on it got more scripts and now it's an element in your channel you can't miss. It's been build and maintained by DjSlash, with the help of punT and Valheru.
Stats
The main function of StatsBot, keeping track of what people are saying and making stats of it, including a dynamic website. While counting the stats, StatsBot looks for people cheating. When you are repeating, StatsBot won't count these sentences.
  • !top10 [ordering]
     - lists the top10 users in the channel
  • !top20 [ordering]
     - same as !top10, but lists the top20 (surprise!)
  • !stat [user]
     - shows the statistics for the user
  • !place [user/ordering]
     - shows on which place the user is
  • !ttop10/!ttop20/!tstat/!tplace
     - same as above, but only uses the statistics of today
  • !wordstats [user]
     - lists the most used words of the user
  • !topwords
     - lists the most used words in the channel
All stats commands are also accessible via /msg. ("/msg StatsBot top10 #chan", for example)

To get a link at the stats site to your email and/or your homepage :

 /msg StatsBot setemail email-address

 /msg StatsBot sethomepage homepage-address

Seen
  • !seen nick
     - I think this command doesn't need an explanation. ^_^
  • !seen mask
     - Searches the database for entries that match "mask" for example:
     !seen *!user@dialin-*.isp.com
  • !seennick nick
     - !seen also checks if a user was online later with a different nick. !seennick only seens for nick
  • !seenstats
     - just a little report on how many nicks are tracked

All seen commands are also accessible via /msg. ("/msg StatsBot seen nick", for example)

Quotes
  • !addquote quote
     - Adds a quote. Checks submitted quote against all quotes in database and refuses to add if it already exists.
  • !quote [mask|index]
     - If no argument is given, the bot returns a random quote.
     - If mask is given, it returns the first quote matching mask. If mask returns more than one result, doing another !quote with the same mask displays the second quote matching mask and so on, starting all over at 0 matches. Using * and ? as search masks is not necessary.
     - If index is given, the bot returns the quote with that index.

Google
  • !google terms
     - Searches for "terms" at http://www.google.com and displays the first link the site comes with.
  • !image terms
     -
  • !file terms
     -

IMDB
!imdb [options] imdb-title
options:
  • -r = ratings
  • -g = genre
  • -t = tagline
  • -o = plot outline
  • -c = cast
Example: !imdb -o -c Beautiful Mind
